As I am an Eco Warrior I use a bike... only the bike is in the shed at the bottom of our garden... I get the bike out of the shed, carry it down to a set steps (using the correct manual handling techniques) only to slip on the decking resulting in a large bruise on my backside.
The air was as blue as my butt :0)
